I started my fitness journey back in December, I'm down 30 lbs. Going to the gym has not only helped my physical health but as well my mental health. It has definitely been a hard journey I'm still not at my goal but I hope to be there within the next three months.

Least Favorite Exercise
Dread doing squats I avoid them at all cost. My pr is 135, I need to work on my depth not right now though.
Was still getting comfortable with the Smith machine here.
Somewhere between 95 lbs (not the best at math).
